A deposit payment is required to confirm your booking on the pilgrimage (plus the cost of travel insurance if requested). We accept debit card, credit card (for deposits only), cheques and bank transfers. We do not accept cash.
On receiving your booking form and deposit payment, we will register you on our booking system and send an invoice back to you via e-mail or post.
Deadline for full payment is 2 months prior to travel. We are very flexible in taking payments (monthly instalments, one-off etc.) but please pay in full by the deadline.
Your travel pack will be sent out two weeks prior to travel, containing your flight boarding passes (where applicable), pilgrimage itinerary and general information, as well as other essentials in preparation for your trip.
