Organising your own Pilgrimage

Being an organiser for your own pilgrimage can be extremely rewarding on many levels. Bringing together your parish or special interest group for an expedition of faith will not only deepen your spirituality, but also leave you and your group with a lasting bond of community.

All Saints Travel will work with you step-by-step to make your pilgrimage a reality.

Deciding on your Itinerary, Confirming the Cost

Step 1 – Get a Group Enquiry Form. Complete and send to us.
Request a form through our contact page on our website or give us a call.

Step 2 – We make a provisional itinerary and quotation for your review.
We will amend the itinerary and travel arrangements, if necessary.

Step 3 – Quote is accepted. Agreement for the pilgrimage to go ahead.

Promoting the Pilgrimage

Step 4 – We provide you with advertising materials to promote your pilgrimage.
This includes Brochures, Leaflets and Posters (on request).

Step 5 – All Saints Travel employees can do a presentation in your local area.
This is for those booked & undecided. We will cover the itinerary, travel details and do a  Q&A activity.

Step 6 – If requested, All Saints Travel can advertise your pilgrimage on our social networks and mailing lists.
You can choose for your pilgrimage to be a closed tour, or to open it up to pilgrims from outside your group.

Making the Bookings, Travel Packs

Step 7 – Each pilgrim sends booking forms and deposits to All Saints Travel.
We process the forms, take payments and handle all of the administration work for you. Final balance of tour cost is due 2 months prior to travel.

Step 8 – We will make all necessary travel reservations to secure your pilgrimage.

Step 9 – We will send out the Travel Packs two weeks before travel.
This will be sent to each pilgrim, including necessities such as itineraries, All Saints Travel ID badges, General Information, luggage labels, etc.
